Metal Stamping
JSC’s stamping department features some of the most powerful and versatile equipment available in the industry. Our press capacity ranges from a 200-ton progressive press up to a 3,000-ton transfer press, allowing us to handle complex geometries and high-volume production runs with repeatable, pinpoint accuracy.
We produce components designed to meet the exact specifications of our customers, using steel from trusted, high-quality suppliers. Every part is engineered to meet or exceed global automotive standards.

Robotic Welding & Sub-Assembly
JSC utilizes advanced robotic spot resistance welding technology to ensure structural integrity in every assembly. Our automated welding cells operate with consistent precision, while our experienced technicians provide expert manual MIG welding support for complex applications.

Integrated Assembly
Beyond individual components, JSC delivers fully integrated assemblies ready for direct installation in finished vehicles. Our logistics and process control teams manage every step — from coordinating related parts production to ensuring on-time delivery to our customers’ assembly lines.
We operate as a “Just-In-Time” manufacturer, meaning every minute of production time is accounted for, and every delivery is timed to the precise needs of our customers.
High-Tensile Steel Processing
Modern automotive structures demand materials that are simultaneously lighter and stronger. JSC has developed specialized capabilities for processing Advanced High-Strength Steel (AHSS), including ultra-high-strength grades with tensile strengths of 780 MPa and 980 MPa.These materials present significant forming challenges — they are prone to springback, require precise die clearances, and place extreme demands on press tooling.
JSC addresses these challenges through:
- Specialized press tooling engineered for high-tensile grades
- Process parameters developed in collaboration with the G-TEKT Group
- In-house die maintenance capability to quickly respond to tooling wear
